We designed a centralized, visually immersive dashboard that brings tournament playback, leaderboard stats, and new design challenges into one cohesive interface, built to support creators in showcasing their work, tracking performance, and re-engaging with ongoing opportunities.

We prioritized high-value actions like challenge discovery and replay viewing, while wireframing and prototyping a video-first layout that reduced friction in content scanning, increased visibility of earned rewards, and improved user retention across competitive flows.

A visually engaging tournament discovery experience helped makes it easy for users to scan prize values, entry requirements, tools used, and project types—without sacrificing clarity or causing decision fatigue.

This outcome was made possible through close collaboration with product managers to define sorting logic, engineers to ensure scalable card components, and brand designers to align visual styles across categories. Our UX team led usability testing, iterated on hierarchy and iconography, and validated that users could navigate from discovery to entry with minimal friction.

We created a centralized community space that encourages users to engage beyond the competition itself—by making it easy to share updates, give feedback, and connect with other designers at similar levels.

By grounding our design decisions in user behavior analytics, we identified key drop-off points and opportunities for deeper engagement—leading to a suite of interconnected experiences that not only improved content discoverability and usability, but also fostered long-term retention through social connection, progress visibility, and reward clarity.
